Daily Rate - $6 per foot for seawall & floating docks, $5 per foot for med moor slips. (Check in and out time is 12 noon.)

Seasonal Discount - 50% off for 6 months. Only a few seasonal slips are available. Please inquire.

Dock & Dine Rate - $3 per foot (3 hours or less on space available basis, no reservations)

Small Vessel Touch & Go Rate - $1 per foot (15 minutes or less on a space available basis, 50 ft or less, no reservations), $2 per foot for pick up and drop off.

Winter Rates - Our winter season is November 1 through April 30. During this time, yachts may book dockage at 50% of the summer rate.

Tenders - Tenders can be accommodated inside North Cove. When a tender is stored on a yacht, there is no charge. For tenders stored in water, there is a charge of $3 per foot on a space available basis. Tenders which need there own slip are charged the standard rate of $6 per foot.

Following are rates for charter & commercial boats. A charter is any vessel which picks up people at North Cove:

Charter Boat Rate - For charter boats serving the public, $6 per foot per slip, includes 30 minute pick-up and drop off.

Charter Rate Small Vessel 6 Pax - For charter boats with 6 or fewer passengers and less than 35 ft, $3 per foot.

Other Commercial Operations - Vessels wishing to engage in other commercial operations should contact the North Cove office to discuss needs and rates.

Each mega yacht slip at North Cove offers two 100 amp receptacles with 3 phase, 208V electricity. One slip is available with 480V service. Most slips have dock pedestals with a combination of 50 amp, 30 amp, and 20 amp outlet service.

Yachts may plug into 50 and 30 amp dock pedestals and will be charged based on consumption. If the power pedestal is not metered, yachts will be charged as follows:

$15/day for each 30 amp receptacle
$25/day for each 50 amp receptacle

One or two 100 amp connections direct to wall, single or three phase service @ $0.35 per kW-hr metered. You will receive a start and end reading on your billing statement.

A limited number of electrical adapters are available complimentary:

100 amp 3 phase down to 100 amp single phase (5 pin to 4 pin)
100 amp single phase down to two 50 amp single phase
50 amp single phase down to 30 amp single phase

Reservation Policy: North Cove operates like a boutique hotel, there are only a limited number of slips. When we reserve a slip for you, we are guaranteeing to have that slip available for you on the day your request. We do not double book slips. Therefore it is important that yachts arrive and depart as per their reservations. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. If you cancel a reservation more than 30 days in advance, we will refund your full deposit less a $50 processing fee. If you cancel a reservation between 7 and 30 days, we will refund half your deposit. If you cancel a reservation within the final 7 days, you will not receive your deposit back. No cancellations are accepted within the final 48 hours. If you fail to cancel a reservation and do not show, you will be charged as if you used the slip.
