Deposit, Cancellation and Refund Policy - North Cove operates like a boutique hotel, there are only a limited number of slips.  When we reserve a slip for you, we are guaranteeing to have that slip available for you on the day your request.  We do not double book slips.  Therefore it is important that yachts arrive and depart as per their reservations.  A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.  If you cancel a reservation more than 30 days in advance, we will refund your full deposit less a $50 processing fee.  If you cancel a reservation between 7 and 30 days, we will refund half your deposit.  If you cancel a reservation within the final 7 days, you will not receive your deposit back.  No cancellations are accepted within the final 48 hours.  If you fail to cancel a reservation and do not show, you will be charged as if you used the slip.
