North Cove is the most centrally located marina in the greatest city in the world.

There is great opportunity.

We need to focus on our strengths - the beauty of our location and its proximity to our business capital.

We need to make North Cove a premier waterfront stage.

We need to bring the world to North Cove.

And by doing so, we will help to lift up our community and contribute towards the future of Manhattan.

To achieve this vision, we have put together a team which includes America's most famous sailor and yachtsman.

Dennis Conner has been to the top of the world of boating.  He has demonstrated unmatched commitment and success.

And he has been a resident of Battery Park City and lived just a few blocks from North Cove.  He has kept boats at North Cove and seen its potential.

We have also put together a team of local stakeholders, committed veterans and dynamic talent.

Together, we hope we have what it takes to provide high quality customer service to visiting boaters.

And we hope to continue thinking out of the box and make North Cove a shining symbol of success for Battery Park City and all of Manhattan.
