She is a Feadship that was built in 1974.  Feadships are the Rolls Royce of yachting.

 

But even more than her beautiful lines, Emerald K was the flag ship of Dennis Conner’s Stars & Stripes campaign when they competed for the America’s Cup in New Zealand.

 

As most people who walk by these quays know, Dennis Conner is the patron of North Cove.  His group, North Cove Marina Management, is in charge of making the marina a beautiful and world class location.
