Sea Diamond was designed by Rhodes and built by Abeking & Rasmussen in 1956.  She measures 90 feet overall and has a 21 foot beam.  She has a centerboard and a draft of 7 feet with board up.

 

Her classification is a "motor sailor" which means she can use either wind or engine power (an early example of a hybrid!).

 

Sea Diamond has completed a beautiful restoration after being scorched in a fire on a nearby boat in Florida about 10 years ago.
